Commercial services usually begin with an assessment of the problem, sitting down with you and/or your representatives to discuss the issues.  In some instances it may be the HVAC system, and with our additional experience of property restoration we may guide you to the proper areas that need to be addressed.

Since ductwork in a commercial application varies from very small to very large.  Atlantic utilizes the proper equipment and does not rely on one set of equipment for all types of situations.

All interior surfaces of the duct work will be vacuumed including turning vanes, VAV boxes, dampers and line coils (coils to be pressure washed as necessary).

The air handling unit is thoroughly cleaned including the fan, fan compartment, interior surfaces where air passes and the coil (s) are vacuumed/pressure washed as necessary.

After a HVAC system has been cleaned the National Air Duct Cleaning Associations (NADCA) has various means to evaluate the cleaning.  Atlantic encourages its clients to include these tests in their duct cleaning project, and we will assist in the performances.
